"I always told myself that by the age of 21, I wanted to be financially stable."
While that goal took a little longer than expected, Vutivi's determination never wavered. At the age of 22, he joined Mo's Crib and began a journey that would not only improve his financial situation but also expand his personal and professional horizons.
Through his employment at Mo's Crib, Vutivi was able to pay his school fees, support himself while living away from home and take important steps toward financial independence. For many young people, financial stability can feel out of reach, but Vutivi's story demonstrates what is possible when ambition is matched with opportunity.
What started as a job soon became a platform for growth and success.
Working at Mo's Crib exposed Vutivi to experiences that extended far beyond his daily responsibilities. Through dedication and perseverance, he obtained his driver's licence and secured his passport, two achievements that represented significant milestones in his personal development.
These accomplishments opened the door to even more opportunities. Through his work, Vutivi travelled to different locations and engaged with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Each experience broadened his perspective and contributed to his personal growth, helping him become more confident, adaptable and independent.

From understanding inventory management and logistics to seeing how products move from production to customers, he developed practical skills that continue to shape his professional journey.
