Privacy Policy

Users’ personal information will be protected to the best of Mo’s Crib’s ability. The
“personal information” is defined as described in the Promotion of Access to
Information Act 2 of 2000 for the purposes of this clause (PAIA).

Your Privacy is respected by Mo’s Crib. This means that any and all personal
information collected on this site will be kept strictly private and will not
be sold, reused, rented, disclosed or loaned to anyone. Any information you
enter will be kept in strict confidence and used just to process your order and
provide you with the best service possible. Please e-mail us if you have any
questions.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be
transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmission over various networks; and
(b)changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting
networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during
transfer over networks

Return and Refund Policy

At Mo’s Crib, each item is lovingly handcrafted with care, detail, and intention. We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved making it. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:
•Unused
•In original condition
•In original packaging
•Damaged/Incorrect
To request a return, please contact us at hello@moscrib.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Please note:
Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We do not accept returns on custom orders or used products.
Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days via your original payment method.
If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as it may take additional time to reflect.
Exchanges:
We don’t process exchanges online. However, you’re welcome to visit our warehouse if you’d like to swap an item, subject to current stock availability. Please note that we don't offer refunds for exchanges but we can credit you for future purchases.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email hello@moscrib.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll happily replace the item or issue a full refund, including courier fees, where applicable.

Shipping Policy

Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we deliver your handcrafted homeware.

Delivery Areas & Carriers

  • Domestic (South Africa): We ship nationwide via various courier companies.
  • International (South Africa): We don’t ship internationally but customers are welcome to buy and we will facilitate the shipping.

Shipping & Collection Information

  • Standard Courier (Economy): Our standard courier delivery takes between 4 to 8 business days. For same-day dispatch, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM. 
  • In-Store Pickup (Pretoria): If you choose to collect your order from our Pretoria warehouse, same-day collection is available for orders placed by 3:00 PM.

Note: During Factory Sale periods, processing times may extend to 7–14
days.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Courier: Calculated at checkout based on weight & destination.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, including tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link via email/SMS.
  • For updates, visit the carrier’s website, or contact us at hello@moscrib.co.za.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Transit times are estimates; delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or peak periods.
  • If your order is delayed by more than 5 business days beyond the estimate, please contact us for assistance.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Inspect your package immediately upon receipt.
  • Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours to hello@moscrib.co.za with photos and your order number.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our
