What is the Mo’s Crib Mega Online Winter Factory Sale?

This is our biggest online-exclusive event of the year, offering up to 10 days of incredible savings on our handcrafted homeware. Customers across South Africa can shop our unique designs at discounted factory prices from 10 – 20 July 2025.

Where is the sale taking place?

This is a virtual sale hosted on our website: www.moscrib.co.za. All items will be available under the Factory Sale

Are all items discounted during the sale?

Yes, discounts range from 35% to 75% on all products.

Are the discounts the same as in your in-person factory sales?

There will be a slight difference due to packaging and shipping costs as you will be shopping from the comfort of your home.

Will there be stock available throughout the sale?

Stock for our Mo’s Crib Mega Online Winter Factory Sale will be available in two categories:

  1. Instant Orders: These are in-stock items available in limited quantities. Once sold out, they will not be restocked during the sale—so we recommend shopping early to avoid disappointment.
  2. Back Orders: Other items will be available on a made-to-order basis. These can still be purchased during the sale, but they will take 4–6 weeks to produce.
What qualifies as an Instant Order?

Instant Orders are items that are currently in stock, fully tagged, quality-checked, and ready to be packaged and shipped. Most of these items are available in limited quantities.

What is a Back Order?

Back Orders are made especially for you. These are products currently out of stock and will be handcrafted post-sale. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production and delivery.

How will I know if my item is an Instant Order or a Back Order?

Each product listing will clearly indicate whether it’s part of the Instant or Back Order range. You’ll also receive confirmation in your order email.

When will I receive my order?

Instant Orders: Ready to ship within 3–5 working days.

Back Orders: Made to order and shipped within 4–6 weeks.

Do you ship nationwide and internationally?

Yes, we ship across South Africa!
However, please note that furniture is not available for delivery to Cape Town during this sale.

No, we unfortunately don't ship internationally.

Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes, you can! Orders will be available for collection from 23 July 2025. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification with the collection details and instructions.

Please note that early pickups will not be possible, as we need time to prepare and quality-check each order. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

What is the return policy for items bought at the factory sale?

All factory sale items are final sale and sold as is. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on discounted items unless they arrive damaged.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll gladly assist in resolving the matter.

What payment methods are accepted?

We operate a cashless environment; only card payments are accepted.

Can I pick up my previous online order during the factory sale?

Yes, you can! Please coordinate with our team in advance to ensure your order is set aside for collection.

Can I reserve items before the sale?

Unfortunately, we do not allow reservations. All items are sold on afirst-come, first-served basis.
